Joe hooks up with Orleans and Friends in Sanford, Florida July 4 from 5pm-10:30pm in Ft. Mellon Park along the Sanford RiverWalk. There will be a concert before sundown, fireworks and then a post-fireworks set. Other performers include Jimi Jamison (Survivor), Felix Cavaliere (Rascals) and David Jenkins (Pablo Cruise).
