JLT's Deep Purple days are captured in new book by photographer Dieter Zill
Back
DEEP PURPLE is one of the many recently released rock choronicles that features JLT. It's packed with exclusive, never-seen-before photographs.
German lensman "Didi" Zill put together this collection that contains over 600 pictures of DP from the MKII days through MKV (which, of course,
includes Joe). The text is all German but it's a must-have treasure for any hardore Deep Purple fan. In the forward from former Rainbow and current
Deep Purple bassist, Roger Glover, he reveals that there were few professionals who were able to "penetrate the wall of the group," but Zill
was one of them. To order the book,
